WHAT YOU'll NEED*:

• Boiling water (1/2 Cup divided)

• Plant-based butter, Dairy butter, or Oil (2.5 Tablespoons)

INSTUCTIONS:

• HEAT oven to 335 degrees Fahrenheit

• WHISK contents of magic mix package with 2 tablespoons boiling water in a large bowl and let it sit for 15 minutes 

• ADD melted butter/oil, baking mix and 6 tablespoons boiling water

• STIR till batter comes together

• ADD chocolate chips from small package and gently stir into batter 

• POUR batter into a parchment lined ungreased loaf can pan 

• BAKE for 45 minutes on middle rack

• COOL fully before cutting so brownies fully set 

Makes 20 brownies

*All ingredients should be room temperature. If using cold butter, microwave for 20 seconds before adding.
