WHAT YOU'll NEED*:

• Warm water (2 Tablespoons)

• Room temperature plant-based butter, dairy butter, or Oil (4 Tablespoons)

INSTUCTIONS:

• HEAT oven to 340 degrees Fahrenheit

• WHISK contents of magic mix package with water in a large bowl and let it sit for 15 minutes 

• ADD butter/oil and combine thoroughly; then add baking mix

• STIR till dough comes together

• DROP 1 rounded tablespoon of cookie dough onto a parchment lined or ungreased cookie sheet 

• BAKE for 13 minutes on middle rack or until cookies are slightly browned

• COOL on cookie sheet before removing so cookies fully set and to prevent sticking

Makes 12 cookies

*All ingredients should be room temperature. If using cold butter, microwave for 10 seconds before adding.
